Landlord electrical safety certificates
I’m interested in the electrical safety of the installation not making a quick buck by failing what doesn’t need to fail.
I’ve seen many people have inspections done where the electrician is there for 2 hours or less. To perform the inspection on a typical house it takes longer. See here for what needs doing. Many of these cheap inspections will either miss things or list a number of false faults to fix and make the money on those.
